Admin Assistant Vacancy at Kingsbridge Primary School
Part-time fixed term contract position - NJC Grade B
To start 16th January 2026 (Maternity Cover)
We are looking to appoint a friendly, organised and well-spoken part-time school admin assistant to join our thriving school community in January 2026, initially until December 2026.
This role is term-time only. The hours are 24 per week Monday to Friday with a one hour unpaid lunch, 38 weeks per year.
Kingsbridge Primary is a vibrant, two-form entry school with around 340 pupils. Our children are enthusiastic learners who behave well and thrive in our positive, nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will need:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills (experience with Microsoft Office is essential)
- To be able to prioritise workload, multi-task and be flexible with daily tasks
- To be able to work as a member of a team
- To be patient, tactful and take on tasks with a positive attitude
