Your core duties will be:
- Ensure front line enquiries from staff, pupils, parents and visitors are dealt with promptly.
- Managing and organising events within the school calendar.
- Deal with all admissions for school and nursery and appeals applications.
- Ensure that all administrative duties, checks and documentation are completed to the required level of accuracy.
- Use the school MIS, Microsoft and other software products on a regular basis to obtain information and provide reports as required.
- Compiling school meal reports, raising purchase orders and dealing with dinner/nursery fees.
