Administrative Assistant job summary
Contract Details: 13 hours over 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday ideally), 8.30am-3.30pm, 39 weeks a year
The Beeches Community Primary School is a friendly and happy school. We are part of a thriving multi-academy trust, ASSET Education.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to undertake various administrative duties in the main office over the course of 2 days per week, 8.30am-3.30pm.
The person that we are looking for needs to:
Relish the challenge of supporting children and families in a busy school office environment.
Work with dynamic, forward thinking staff with high aspirations for our children. Be an Administrative Assistant who exemplifies outstanding organisation, time management and flexibility.
Have good levels of English and Maths competence - GCSE C or equivalent
Good IT skills and knowledge of Google, Word, Excel, Arbor MIS (for example)
Be friendly and approachable; able to communicate well with a range of children and adults.
Be able to multitask and prioritise workload.
Enjoy working with others and within a team.
