APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Administrative Officer – Haughmond Schools (SY1 4QN)
Grade 6 (SCP 7 - 11)

37 hours per week – (term time plus 5 days)

Required – As soon as possible

Haughmond Schools has been formed from Sundorne Infant School & Nursery (KS1) and Harlescott Junior School (KS2) and the governors are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and suitably qualified Administrator to work across both schools.

The successful applicant will be required to work front of house in the main admin office dealing with phone calls, parent enquiries and general admin tasks for the schools as well as specialist work such as health and safety. This is a very fast paced and busy environment with a hugely varied work load so the successful applicant will need to demonstrate their ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workloads and be able to work well as part of a team. A good level of ICT using various software is also required to undertake tasks and the applicant should be comfortable working with data.

The normal working hours will be 37 hours a week, term time plus 1 week (working hours are negotiable)
