What skills and experience we're looking for

To apply for this position, you need to have:

  • Experience of supporting across a range of administrative activities including the management of the team's emails and drafting meeting notes.
  • The ability of working in a consistent and structured manner that adheres to regulations, policies and best practise.
  • An analytical mind to review spend analysis, find trends and identify where we can improve the value for money offered from our suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills across a variety of stakeholders and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and work with a strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to plan and prioritise work to meet commitments aligned with organisational goals.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle as required.
