Pay: NJC Grade D, Scale Points 3 - 4 (FTE Salary: £22,737 - £23,114 subject to pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8:00am - 4:00pm), Term Time + 5 Inset Days
This is a 12 months fixed term role
We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator who is looking to join our motivated and committed team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who will bring organisation and commitment to this role, ensuring all duties are completed to the highest standard. You will need to be personable and have good communication skills.
The administration team provides the first point of contact for staff, pupils, families and visitors to the school. The ability to keep a cool head under pressure is essential, as is a friendly and professional approach with all staff, children, parents and visitors alike. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a busy office within an educational setting. Arbor experience and an excellent level of IT skills are desirable, attention to detail is essential.
Reporting directly to the school Office Manager and Leadership Team, the Administrator is responsible for undertaking administrative and organisational processes as required, ensuring all administrative aspects of the school run efficiently through effective working practices.
