We're looking for a driven and efficient Administrator to join our HR team and support the smooth running of our HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and grow within a supportive and dynamic organisation.
As our HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding, to absence management and record keeping, helping to create a smooth and professional experience for our staff.
What you will do.
- Provide administrative support across all areas of HR, including recruitment, absence management and employee relations
- Support onboarding of new staff, including right to work checks and contract preparation
- Maintain accurate and confidential staff records and HR systems
- Help ensure compliance with safeguarding and employment legislation
- Assist with payroll processes, compliance, and policy updates
- Provide first line support for HR queries with a friendly and professional approach
