About Plantation Primary School
Plantation Primary School is a larger than average primary school situated in Halewood, Knowsley. We are currently expanding from two form entry to three form entry, offering extensive outdoor grounds and a nature reserve on site to support our engaging curriculum.
We have a restorative practise behaviour management ethos, culture and policy, and nurture provision through our Blossom Suite. Our supportive and challenging governing body is part of the Rowan Learning Trust, providing opportunities for professional development and collaboration.
The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and friendly individual to join our team as a Level 2 Administrator and help support the smooth running of our busy school office. In this varied and important role, you will:
- Manage reception and general office duties, including dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, and being the first point of contact for visitors
- Check and collate registers, including meal numbers for lunches, and follow up on any pupil absences
- Use software such as Google Forms to collect meal choices and application forms for school places
- Liaise with external suppliers, for example milk orders
- Check deliveries against delivery notes and notify the relevant person of their order
- Support the running of the school's PTA (Parent Teacher Association)
