Previous experience in administration is essential and experience within the education sector would be an advantage.

We are looking for a talented Administrator to join our dedicated team and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our school community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding administrative support.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our friendly and supportive team, you will:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and organisational support across our schools
  • Act as a welcoming first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors
  • Manage communications, reports, records and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, events and school visits
  • Support attendance monitoring, HR administration and operational processes
  • Use Microsoft Office and school systems to produce accurate documentation and reports
  • Help develop efficient administrative systems and procedures
  • Support the wider school community with professionalism, positivity and initiative.
