About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to provide a high-quality administrative service to our Outreach programme. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our school by supporting a wide range of functions including:
- General school administration
- Accurate and efficient data and information management
- Supporting financial processes and record-keeping
- Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of effective and efficient admin systems
About you – we’re looking for someone who:
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude to their work
- Has excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive education
- Can confidently handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality
