Peakirk cum Glinton C.E. Primary School, is a small family school with great children and a hardworking and caring team of staff who are dedicated to the inclusion of all pupils.
As our School Office administrator, your role is a vital first point of contact for parents, carers and visitors which makes your appointment central to our school’s continued success.
We are looking for an applicant to join our happy and supportive office team who shares our inclusive ethos, has a child centred approach and is sensitive to the needs of pupils. The right candidate will have experience of caring for children and families know the importance of representing the school in this public facing role. The successful candidate will:
Be committed to our school’s ethos of care and support for ALL children.
Be I.T literate and confident in using a number of packages such as Word and excel
Be highly organised and have excellent time management skills, ensuring important deadlines are met
Have excellent inter personal skills that support public and professional queries
Be highly motivated, have a positive attitude and be prepared to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders
Experienced in or willing to learn school specific administration, such as pre school financial packages and funding

Peakirk cum Glinton C.E. Primary school has recently become a proud member of the Peterborough Diocese Education Trust, alongside 33 other schools in the Rutland, Peterborough and Northamptonshire area. PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing the finances and other central services for the Academies in the Trust. These services include HR support; facilities and premises; procurement and school effectiveness.
