The role:
To provide accurate, timely and efficient administration duties within school liaising with all required stakeholders for the role. The role provides excellent customer service to all our visitors, staff and students as well as administration support to the main office. Experience of working in a busy office environment in a customer facing role coupled with strong ICT skills are pre-requisites for this role.
The person:
The successful candidate will be organised with excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for ensuring accuracy. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills with a wide range of people. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer service or administrative role and be able to use Microsoft Office packages. You will need to have strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and be highly organised.
