About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised School Administrator to join our friendly team and play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our school. Reporting to the School Operations Manager, you’ll provide essential administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- School admission administration
- Creating and updating spreadsheets and databases
- Collecting, collating, and managing key information
- Photocopying resources and contacting parents as needed
- Producing, scanning, and uploading documents
- Supporting wider administrative tasks across the school
This is a varied and rewarding role. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that values collaboration, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.
About You
You’re personable, approachable, and thrive in a busy environment. A self-starter with a keen eye for detail, you enjoy learning new skills and take pride in staying organised—even when juggling multiple tasks.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a general office environment and within administrative procedures
- Is confident using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and databases
- Communicates clearly and professionally with staff, students, parents, and the wider community
- Can manage competing deadlines with support from your line manager
- Is eager to learn and contribute to a positive school culture
- Has (ideally) some experience with SIMS, though this is not essential
- Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
