What skills and experience we're looking for
Our Opportunity
We are looking a skilled Administrator to join our team.
This is a varied and fast-paced role involving a range of duties dependent on school needs, such as covering reception, SEN admin work, receptionist duties, reprographics / display work, general office work and potentially also some pupil attendance administration.
We are looking for an organised and adaptable individual who can prioritise effectively, juggle multiple tasks, and maintain a calm and professional approach in a busy environment.
You will be mostly based at the Prospect Hill site but may need to work at the Airy Hill site on occasion.
You will have:
- Literacy & numeracy qualification e.g. Level 2 qualification or equivalent
- Administrative and clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good judgement and problem-solving ability
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- An understanding of confidentiality
