As an integral part of our small team, you'll directly contribute to the progress and attainment of our students by providing invaluable learning support to individuals and small groups. Working under the direction of our talented teaching staff and/or line manager, you'll enjoy a dynamic role that embraces flexibility in various environments, including our online learning platforms and this could involve assisting students across multiple lessons and subject areas at one time.
We are looking for someone who brings a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and young people, solid foundational skills evidenced by Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent), a relevant Level 3 qualification relating to working with children and young people, confident IT skills to navigate and support learning in diverse environments, exceptional communication skills enabling you to build positive relationships with students and staff, and a warm, approachable manner with a positive attitude towards both staff and students.
