  Overview of the role :  

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to assist in delivering a wide range of creative, enjoyable inside and outside activities for children after school, during extended activities or holidays as relevant. To ensure there is a secure and welcoming facility to support, motivate whilst supervising children securing their safety, health, conduct and well-being of all pupils.

We are looking for an individual who has:  

  • experience of working with children 
  • the ability to communicate effectively 
  • experience to encourage and lead positive and active play experiences and opportunities 
  • experience of supporting and fostering positive relationships between children as they play together 
  • previous experience of working as an After School Club Playworker within a primary school would be an advantage 
  • to promote learning through play
  • ensure all pupils have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop

Th e po s th older will be part of our school support function of the school .

This role is for 10 hours a week, term time only.
