Afterschool Club Childcare Assistant job summary

We are seeking someone to be able to create a positive and stimulating environment for children. Successful applicants will:
- Help the Afterschool Club Childcare Manager in setting up the new provision
- Have the ability to work as part of a small team and have positive communication skills with children, parents and staff
- Have an understanding of good quality childcare
- Have a willingness to undergo training and professional development
- Have the ability to manage minor accidents
Duties will include leading play activities, supervision of outdoor activities in a safe and professional manner, serving of simple meals to children, and liaising with parents and carers.
