About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our land‑based learning team as an Agricultural/Equine and Animal Care Tutor, delivering engaging and practical vocational programmes within our thriving rural school community. You will promote our courses, build strong employer partnerships to secure high‑quality work placements, and support students through both practical and written assessments, regular reviews, and personalised guidance. A key part of the role involves maintaining robust safeguarding and health & safety standards, completing risk assessments, and ensuring all placement checks are carried out effectively. You’ll also keep accurate records, stay up to date with industry developments, and actively engage in CPD to ensure our curriculum remains current and impactful. Your enthusiasm, organisation, and ability to build positive relationships will help learners grow in confidence and succeed.
