The Greenfield and Hurst Drive Federation are looking to appoint an experienced, passionate and reflective teacher to join our fantastic staff team from November 2025.

Are you a qualified Teacher who is enthusiastic and positive with an understanding and empathetic nature?

Do you have experience supporting students with SEMH needs and trauma induced behaviours?

We are always looking to recruit an Class Teacher for a full-time position starting in November 2025. The ideal candidate will be approachable, inspiring and enthusiastic with the ability to build positive relationships quickly. Experience with Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour is a must. A creative and individualistic teaching style is desirable to encourage the best out of the students.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the curriculum and will be able to deliver innovative and engaging lessons that will meet the needs of children with a variety of abilities.
