What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who is looking to improve their skills in providing support and feedback through the effective use of coaching and counselling to support all staff, students, their families and the local community.
You will play a key role in supporting our wellbeing strategy leading to a wellbeing-focused culture within our team. During your employment with us you will be studying Level 3 Community Health and Wellbeing Worker Apprenticeship through LMP Education . www.lmp-group.co.uk
