Apprentice Early Years Practitioner job summary

This role is a term-time only position.

The Hive & the Set Pre School @ North Hinksey Primary School is looking to appoint an Apprentice Early Years Practitioner. To work as part of the Nursery team under the direction of the Manager and supervision of the Lead key-person. To provide a safe, high quality education and care for children which meets the individual needs of children attending the nursery setting. We are a friendly, kind team of staff who would welcome and guide an apprentice to achieve their qualification.

Some experience of working or volunteering with young children is desirable however, full training will be given to the right candidate. This apprentice programme will be lead by Best Practice Network. Functional skills will be compulsory for anyone without a Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at grade C. This will be done alongside the apprentice training programme.
