Apprentice HLTA job summary

Full Time; 37 hours per week, term time only, including INSET days

Oakfield Lodge is a 60-place Pupil Referral Unit, working with pupils who exhibit challenging behaviours. We offer a nurturing and inclusive ethos, where every pupil is supported to achieve their best. You’ll work alongside experienced teachers and a multi-disciplinary team, gaining valuable experience and formal HLTA training as you take on greater responsibilities in the classroom.

About you: You’ll have experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting, and a commitment to supporting pupils with challenging behaviour. You’ll be a qualified TA (or similar), ready to take on HLTA apprenticeship training, and eager to play a key part in our school community.
