Apprentice IT Technical Support Analyst job summary

The successfully applicant will be fully supported working alongside the external training partner, to complete their Level 3

Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship, working alongside the external training provider

Their other duties will include;

  • Supporting the provision of an efficient IT support service to Trust IT users to include 1st and 2nd line desktop, network and server infrastructure support.
  • Contribute and maintain a process of IT incident call handling and escalation.
  • Assist and contribute to the IT team in the maintenance maintain and support of all the Trusts IT systems and infrastructure when required.
  • Support Central Team and the Digital IT Manager in project implementation as well as the implementation and maintenance of Trust IT standards and best practice.
  • Learn new technologies as appropriate

The role will require occasional out-of-hours working and a full break down of the role is in the attached briefing.
