What skills and experience we're looking for
Essential:
- Grades A-C/4 or above or Level 2 in English and Maths
- An interest in training as a Learning Support assistant and working with pupils within a SEN setting
- A commitment to undertaking NVQ Level 2 TLSA or NVQ 3 TLSA through SMBC nominated learning provider
- Some previous experience of working with children in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
