We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Apprentice Office Administrator/Receptionist who will work well as part of a team who truly want the best from our students. If you enjoy working with young people and would like to help them prepare for their future working lives we would like to hear from you.
About you
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking individual, with a real drive to enhance the whole school experience. As a key member of the administrative team, you will be the first point of contact for any visitor, parent/carer or student coming into the Academy. You will also provide administrative support to the whole Academy and support a busy office. Alongside your role in the academy, you will be supported to complete your apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will have Maths and English GCSE grade c/4 or above. To succeed you will have the ability to muti-task, have good personal organisation and administration skills and have a good academic standard of general education.

Beck Row Primary Academy is in the growing village of Beck Row, just a couple of miles from the market town of Mildenhall and opposite RAF Mildenhall base. Over recent years, we have expanded through Suffolk’s School Re-organisation process from a small First school to a growing Primary school and we currently have about 250 pupils on roll.
