About the role

Braeburn Primary and Nursery Academy have an exciting opportunity to welcome an Apprentice Business Administrator in to their friendly and dedicated team.

We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service and a desire to learn and to develop a career in this field.

As an Apprentice Receptionist Administrator you will be required to support the schools admin team with administration duties. You will learn new IT skills and processes allowing you and the rest of the team to provide an excellent service.

As an Apprentice you will be supported on a 2 year apprenticeship programme and learn both on and off the job in order to achieve a professional L3 Business Administration Qualification.

The job requirements

The successful candidate will be able to work well within a team, will be keen to learn and develop within this role, undertaking and learning many new skills which will become transferable across many of the different tasks that you will play a key part in.

Essential to this role is the ability to manage your time well, to be a team player and have excellent communication skills.

You will need to be committed to keeping all our children safe and being a positive role model.

Applicants should have at least four GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including English and maths (or equivalent L2 qualifications) however where applicants do not include English or Maths, support can be provided to achieve the qualification prior to completion of the Apprenticeship.

It is important to note applications from those with an existing L3 qualification within this field cannot be accepted.
