King James are looking to appoint a hardworking and highly motivated Apprentice School Office Administrator. The office is incredibly busy and we are keen to employ an Assistant to help us and become a member of the office admin team.
Training will be provided to enable apprentices to undertake the following tasks:
- General Admin support to staff and students
- Reprographics
- Call handling
- Meet and greet visitors - reception service
- Room bookings
- Send out school comms as required
- Lost property
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Keep reception area tidy
- Emails - check admin email account
- Assist with putting notes on Arbor for student relating to PE and Music lessons
- First aid as required
- Support Goods in
- Deal with parents forgotten lunches, PE kits etc
- Any other tasks as needed by members of school staff.
