What skills and experience we're looking for
We require an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join us to work across Penbridge Schools. You will be willing to take the opportunity to play a full part in the further development of our school and join us in our aims to make learning irresistible and to provide a nurturing and safe environment for everyone.The successful candidate will undertake a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship. You will be supported with excellent training to become an skilled and valued team member.
You will hold GCSE or equivalent Maths & English GCSE/ Functional Skills Equivalent (Grade 4/C or Level 2).

- Provide teaching and learning to our students with the support of Classroom Teacher
- Ability to motivate and to support learning
- Committed to supporting pupils to reach their full potential
- Participate in the Walking Bus between school sites on a rota basis
- Effective communicator both orally and in writing
- Good ICT skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Understanding of the educational system and current developments
