Apprenticeship Quality & Compliance Manager job summary
We are seeking a dynamic Apprenticeship Quality & Compliance Manager for our Trust’s apprenticeship provision. In this vital role, you will ensure our apprenticeship programmes meet the highest standards of delivery, assessment, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include managing Awarding Body centre accreditation, coordinating internal and external assessments and exams, and serving as the main liaison with End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs). You will play a central role in maintaining compliance with ESFA funding rules, Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework, and IfATE standards, while also leading our Ofsted readiness and quality improvement planning.
As part of the Apprenticeship leadership team, you will support the strategic development of our provision, using data insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with sector needs and national policy. You will also oversee the development of a high-performing team, including MIS, IQA, and Tutor Assessors, ensuring staff are well-supported and equipped through robust CPD.

Working hours: 37 hours per week, full time, all year

Location: SET Head Office located at Kidsgrove Secondary School site with travel schools as needed.
