Join Our Team as an Apprenticeship Trainer (Teaching Assistant level 3 to 5)
Lift Schools Apprenticeships is a fast-growing, high-quality training provider dedicated exclusively to supporting schools and Multi-Academy Trusts across the UK. Rooted in our ethos "By MATs, for MATs," we design industry-leading Level 2-5 apprenticeship programmes shaped by the real expertise of over 57 schools and more than 20 national partners.
We're looking for a passionate and skilled Trainer to deliver our Teaching Assistant Level 3 and Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5 (SEND) programmes, with opportunities to contribute to Early Years, Business Admin, Operations Manager, Digital and Coaching pathways depending on your experience.
In this role, you'll guide apprentices through their full learning journey-planning and delivering high-quality training, conducting regular reviews, supporting progress through our e-portfolio system, and preparing learners for successful End Point Assessment. You'll work closely with employers, contribute to programme development, and play an active role in maintaining our outstanding training standards.
Please note that although his role is predominantly remote; travel will be required on occasion to sites across our region and head office, the head office is in 1 Ed City Walk, London.
