At Hayle Academy, we are seeking an exceptional ARB Learning Practitioner to join our dedicated team and lead high‑quality provision within our specialist Area Resource Base, attached to our vibrant mainstream school.This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is committed to nurturing pupils with complex needs, championing their strengths and ensuring they experience success both within the ARB and across the wider school community.Key responsibilities:As an ARB Learning Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning, wellbeing and development of pupils with a range of SEND needs.
