What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Maintain high expectations of both achievement and behaviour, adapted to meet the individual needs of each child.

  • Create and sustain a dynamic, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment that supports the diverse needs of our students.

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively with our staff team, working together to provide the best possible support for SEN students.

  • Commit to continuous professional development, particularly in SEN pedagogy and practice, to enhance your impact.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the Academy, supporting events and initiatives that benefit all students, particularly those with additional needs.

  • Share the Trust’s ethos of improving educational outcomes and life opportunities for young people, ensuring that every child’s potential is maximised
