What skills and experience we're looking for
Model and share high-quality teaching strategies and practices to ensure consistently outstanding learning experiences for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Maintain high expectations of both achievement and behaviour, adapted to meet the individual needs of each child.
Create and sustain a dynamic, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment that supports the diverse needs of our students.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively with our staff team, working together to provide the best possible support for SEN students.
Commit to continuous professional development, particularly in SEN pedagogy and practice, to enhance your impact.
Contribute to the wider life of the Academy, supporting events and initiatives that benefit all students, particularly those with additional needs.
