What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Confident teaching across the full ability range and key stages
  • Committed to high-quality planning and creative teaching and learning
  • Consistent in using ongoing assessment and feedback to support student progress
  • Collaborative team players who are eager to share best practice and contribute to departmental improvement
  • Ability to teach KS4 and KS5 Photography is beneficial but not essential.
