Deer Park School is a new state of the art seven-form secondary school which opened in September 2021. At present there are just under 1,000 students on roll across Yr7, 8, 9, 10 & 11. We are part of the RAISE Education Trust which comprises of Deer Park Secondary School, Wildern Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School. We will have a PAN of 1050 when full.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Art/Technology Technician to join our highly successful Art/Design and Technology department at Deer Park School. The successful candidate will be a flexible, hands-on and personable individual. The candidate will have experience and knowledge of general art and design practices, an interest in practical subjects and be someone who can work collaboratively and positively within the team. Previous experience working in a kiln room and with heavy machinery would be an asset but full training can be provided. The role will include the preparation and supervision of specialist equipment for lessons, preparing resources and materials, providing technical support to staff and pupils, maintaining a safe working environment, cleaning and resource ordering.

Deer Park School is a new seven-form entry secondary school which opened in September 2021 initially with four forms of Year 7 and growing to full capacity of seven forms of entry over the next seven years.
We are part of the Wildern Academy Trust which comprises of Wildern School, Deer Park Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School.
