Assessor in Electrical Installations and Maintenance job summary
About this Role
In this role, you will assess and support learners to develop the skills and knowledge they need to meet their apprenticeship standards. With full training and support, you will carry out assessments, provide constructive feedback and guide learners in gathering the right evidence for success. You will motivate and inspire learners, working closely with employers and college colleagues to support progress and achievement. Ongoing professional development is encouraged to help you maintain high standards and deliver positive outcomes for learners and employers.
About You
You will have up-to-date industry knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical installations.
You’ll hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations.
You’ll be willing to work towards an assessor qualification (CAVA), with support provided.
You’ll be comfortable using computers and digital systems as part of your role.
