We wish to appoint an Assistant Building Site Supervisor (Caretaker) to provide a clean, safe and secure environment for users of our school buildings and grounds. The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) are a forward thinking and innovative Multi Academy Trust (MAT). About the Role
The successful candidate will be required to work at one of the schools within our Trust and will:
- Demonstrate a high level of service and professionalism
- Be committed to ensuring the safety and security of staff, pupils, and visitors
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs
- Oversee site cleanliness and ensure facilities are well-presented
- Support with health and safety compliance and emergency procedures
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers when needed
- Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the school community
PACT require the successful candidate to have:
- Experience of using power tools
- Knowledge of maintenance and cleaning techniques
- Able to accept and follow instructions from SLT, Directors and Building Services Site Manager
- Flexible to working shift patterns when required
- Basic IT skills
