What skills and experience we're looking for

Boston Spa Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Assistant Curriculum Leader of English. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and leading strategic developments within the English department.

The ideal applicant will have:

• A good honors degree directly related subject.
• A successful record of teaching with very good exam results at one or more of KS3, KS4.
• A detailed knowledge of current developments in education including the use of the Pupil Premium
• The ability to put vision into practice.
