Your data, analysis and reporting skills are important to us. If you love working with detailed student data and working out how to best apply systems in a large, comprehensive setting then this could be the role for you. Our dynamic data team are looking to grow and for the right individual to support and develop them in this.

Are you confident with MIS systems? Do you love turning complex data into clear insights? Are pivot tables your happy place? If you’re organised, analytical, and ready for a challenge, you could be the data dynamo we’re looking for.

Main Duties:

  • To support the management and maintenance of our Arbor MIS
  • To manage the collection and analysis of student assessment data
  • To help produce reports that drive decisions and support student progress
  • To ensure data accuracy, providing timely, and useful intervention support to staff
  • To play a pivotal role in the data team during examinations, census and other DfE data collection points

You’ll need:

  • Confidence in using school MIS systems, preferably Arbor (or keen to develop your skills with it)
  • A good working knowledge of Excel and a keenness to develop further skills
  • To be organised, methodical, and enjoy problem-solving
  • To be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for working with data
  • To be confident, organised, and approachable
  • Confidence to handle data queries with professionalism and a smile
  • Good interpersonal skills that can be adaptable to use with the public
  • To enjoy working in a school environment with a range of stakeholders from students to governors

Experience in a school data role is ideal—but if you’re data-savvy and eager to learn, we’ll provide training. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of working with data systems that can really make an impact!
