What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
• Has the relevant knowledge and leadership experience to lead professional development across a group of schools
• Is experienced at Senior Leadership Team level and/or has senior leadership experience in a local authority or national body such as Ofsted
• Has proven experience of leading whole school professional development and can communicate a clear vision for school improvement
• Has the ability to work as part of a forward-looking strategic leadership team.
