We are on the lookout for a talented and organised professional who’s ready to join our Trust’s Executive Leadership Team providing exceptional services throughout the Trust. 


In the role of Assistant Director - SEND you will provide Trust wide strategic leadership on inclusion and SEND as a member of the Trust’s Executive Leadership Team. This is a role which will celebrate your leadership skills as well as your experience of leading change and improvement.

As Assistant Director - SEND, you should have successful and impactful experience of leading teams - coaching effectively for growth and improvement, whilst also demonstrating your ability to analyse performance data and using it to secure improvement. You will be able to demonstrate ongoing CPD in the most up to date SEND practices and thinking, and an ability to inspire others to work innovatively to achieve the best for children and their communities.
