Join Our Leadership Team - Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion & Safeguarding) - Fixed term contract
Gladstone Park Primary School | Part of Anthem Schools Trust
At Gladstone Park Primary, we are proud to be an inclusive, ambitious and nurturing community where every child is known, valued and supported to thrive. We are seeking an outstanding Assistant Headteacher who shares our passion for inclusion and safeguarding, and who is ready to make a significant impact on the lives of our pupils.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic leader who can hit the ground running — someone who will drive forward our school’s strategic priorities in inclusion, safeguarding, behaviour and wellbeing, and who will ensure that every pupil, regardless of background or need, can achieve their very best.
As Assistant Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteachers to provide inspirational leadership across the school. You’ll lead and develop our inclusion strategy, line manage a talented team, and model excellent practice in teaching and learning. You will also play a key role in shaping our school culture, ensuring that Gladstone Park continues to be a safe, engaging and supportive environment where all children can flourish.
As part of Anthem Schools Trust, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking and collaborative network of schools committed to excellence, inclusion and opportunity for all. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities to contribute to trust-wide initiatives and leadership, influencing best practice across the wider community of Anthem schools.
If you are an inclusive, strategic and compassionate leader with a proven track record of driving improvement — and the ambition to help every child shine — we would love to hear from you.
