Assistant Head of Faculty - Geography job summary

Aston Community Education Trust are a forward thinking and ambitious multi-academy trust, comprising of three secondary academies and nine junior academies across the Rotherham, Sheffield and North Derbyshire areas.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Assistant Head of Faculty to provide professional leadership and management within the Humanities faculty, in order to secure high quality teaching, the effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement of all students.

Specific areas of responsibility within the faculty will include leading in KS3, KS4 and KS5 Geography; additional responsibilities will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
