What skills and experience we're looking for
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Excellent classroom practitioner.
Key stage 3 and 4 experience.
Experience of leading and managing at departmental level.
Experience of supporting / empowering colleagues in their management of
student behaviour.
Committed to raising standards of teaching , learning and student
attainment.
Demonstrates passion and desire for their subject to inspire and enthuse
students of all abilities.
Involvement in School/Academy Improvement Planning Process.
Strong commitment to inclusive education.
Well-motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to take on a
challenge.
Innovative, strategic and visionary.
