Assistant Head of Inclusion job summary

We are looking for an Assistant Head of inclusion with shared teaching responsibility (2 days AH/3 days in class) who is an excellent communicator and will use these skills to build powerful relationships within the school, the wider community and the Trust family of schools. They must also be driven to provide professional leadership and manage the SENDCO & FLO and ensure that the standards of provision and professional practice in the school promote the very best outcomes for all children. A successful candidate should have high aspirations, and would be accountable for high standards of teaching, learning and curriculum standards achieved across the school.
