Key Responsibilities:- Champion Excellence: Drive high standards of attainment, progress, and outcomes in mathematics across all key stages.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and delivery of a knowledge-rich maths curriculum, aligned with the academy’s vision and values.
- Reflective Practice: Support scholars in understanding their progress and adapting teaching to meet emerging needs—without lowering expectations.
- Collaborative Culture: Work closely with colleagues to share best practice, develop pedagogy, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proven Impact: A highly effective or aspiring middle leader with a strong track record of improving outcomes in mathematics.
