Assistant Head of Maths job summary
As an Assistant Head of Maths, you will support in maximising the achievement and progress of students in Maths, develop an engaging and exciting curriculum that enables every student to achieve their potential and that promotes enjoyment of the subject, enable effective and efficient management of resources, lead by example providing a positive role model for all members of the faculty team and students. You will be responsible for working as part of a team, supporting the Deputy Head of Faculty and Director of Maths.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience of teaching in a classroom with students of a relevant age and have successful experience as a member of a team. Candidates will also have qualified teacher status or degree, have at least 2 years teaching experience and will have the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people.
