This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to lead across LPA to continue to align teaching pedagogy and assessment to achieve outstanding progress and attainment for all pupils through the seamless continuity of practice. Candidates must be able to demonstrate significant evidence in whole-school transformation leading directly to outstanding outcomes for pupils. They must be able to evidence exceptional leadership as well as exemplary practice as a classroom practitioner. The successful candidate will be thoroughly committed to community regeneration through education; be professionally generous and be prepared to focus relentlessly on teaching, learning, the curriculum and ethos.
