Do you have experience in working with young people? Are you an effective communicator with students and adults? Are you committed to raising achievement? A good standard of general education with the ability to work as a member of a team is essential for this role.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated assistant to support the vital work of our Heads of Year in managing student behaviour and in maximising the achievement of individuals and groups. The role is at the heart of our work on inclusion

We are looking for leaders who are positive, committed and ambitious who want to inspire and extend our students. You should be able to encourage learning which enables pupils to achieve the highest possible standards as well as share and support the corporate responsibility for the well-being, education and discipline of all pupils.

You will be joining a team passionate for their subject whose high expectations for our students’ enjoyment and progress drives their commitment to providing an engaging and inspirational curriculum in both Key Stages 4 and 5. The team is also dedicated to developing our students’ interest beyond the classroom with a range of curriculum-enriching opportunities.
