Assistant Head of Year (Non-Teaching) job summary

We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a non-teaching Assistant Head of Year to support our behaviour strategy at Cardinal Wiseman School.
You will be working to improve the behaviour, attendance and outcomes of your allocated year group of students, providing pastoral support and tracking progress and welfare.

The successful candidate will:
- Have a pass or above in Maths and English GCSE’s or equivalent
- Be a dedicated professional with the ability to inspire children
- Set high standards for themselves and others

- Be a team player with good interpersonal skills and able to multi-task in a busy environment;
- Be energetic, enthusiastic and caring;
- Be able to show excellent organisational and communication skills with both students and colleagues
