Assistant Head of Year job summary

St Aidan’s Church of England High School requires an Assistant Head of Year (non-teaching) to start in September 2025. Working closely with the Head of Year, you will play a key role in raising standards through supporting the pastoral care in a year group. You will support students in achieving positive educational outcomes with a focus on behaviour, safeguarding, attendance and punctuality.
